HOW TO PURCHASE FROM US?

The new purchase and delivery of one type high proformance fibers can be stressful and time-consuming. Importing of high performance fibers can be confusing when one is not familiar with the transaction process. Here is a simple process on how to order our fibers.

Confirm application, specification & packing (1-3 days)

It’s important to know the type of high performance fiber you need for your project before cooperate. But if you don’t, no worries! Our colleagues will help you!

Sampling (10-20 days)

As our yarn tubes need to be matched to your machine, we are happy to provide a small number of free samples for you to test. From the time we send the sample to the time you complete the test, we expect it to take 10-20 days.

Bulk Production( 3-30 days)

Once the test has been passed and your advance payment or L/C has been received, we immediately arrange for your order to go into the production schedule. Depending on the quantity of your order, we can generally complete production in 3-30 days.

Shipping (7-40 days)

There are different shipping ways for options. Air shipping is fast but expensive,it’s a good choice for urgent orders, it onlytakes 7-10 days max. Sea shipping is the most economical shipping way, time is much longer than air, takes 20-30 days. FCL& LCL all are available.

Performance comparison

When you are starting out in an industry, and especially when you want to develop a new product, it is important to be familiar with the main characteristics of the various types of high-performance yarn.

What are high performance fibres?

High performance fibres generally refer to fibres with a strength greater than 17.6 cN/dtex and a modulus of elasticity of 440 cN/dtex or more. High performance fibres are a new generation of synthetic fibres with high strength, high modulus and high temperature resistance developed by the fibre science and engineering community.

Main types of high performance fibers

Main performance of Aramid fibers

  • Ultra-high strength, 5 to 6 times stronger than steel wire
  • high modulus, with a modulus of 2 to 3 times that of steel or glass fibre
  • High temperature resistance, no decomposition, no melting at 560 degrees
  • Light weight, its toughness is 2 times that of steel wire, while the weight is only about 1/5 of steel wire.
  • Acid and alkali resistant.
  • Good insulation and anti-aging properties, with a long life cycle.

Main Performance of UHMWPE fibers

  • High specific strength, high specific modulus. more than ten times than the steel wire and second only to extra carbon fibre in terms of specific modulus.
  • Low fibre density, 0.97-0.98g/cm3, floats on water.
  • Low elongation at break, high work of fracture, strong energy absorption and therefore outstanding impact and cutting resistance.

Main performance of Glass fibers?

  • Good heat resistance, no effect on strength at temperatures up to 300°C.
  • High tensile strength, low elongation (3%); high coefficient of elasticity, good rigidity.
  • It has excellent electrical insulating properties and is a high grade electrical insulating material.
  • Wide variety and range of uses.
  • Low price, best value for money.

Main performance of Basalt fibers?

  • High temperature resistant, generally used at -269 to 700°C (softening point of 960°C)
  • High density and high hardness, resulting in excellent wear and tensile strengthening properties.
  • Acid and alkali resistant, high UV resistance, low hygroscopicity, good environmental resistance.
  • Continuous basalt fibres have excellent sound insulation and absorption properties.
  • A new green active and environmentally friendly material with low cost, high performance and an ideal level of cleanliness.
